SoldMyTickets is a peer-to-peer marketplace where people list spare tickets and arrange transfers with each other. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control of it.
Account details — your name, email address, phone number and city, provided when you register.
Listing content — ticket titles, descriptions, event details, prices and any photos you upload.
Messages — chats you exchange with other users about a listing.
Usage data — listing views, reports you file and basic technical logs needed to keep the service running.
To show your listings to buyers in your city, deliver your chat messages, send you in-app notifications, rank and rate sellers, and investigate reports of scams, fake tickets or harassment.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Your name, profile photo, city and seller rating are visible to signed-in users. Your listings are visible to signed-in users while active.
Your email address and phone number are never shown to other users — they are stored privately and readable only by you.
Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security, so each user can only read the records they are entitled to. Photos are kept in private storage and served through short-lived signed links. All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, contact details, listings, uploaded photos, chats, messages, notifications and reviews. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in, email support@soldmytickets.app from your registered address and we will delete your account within 30 days.

You can access and correct your details from Edit Profile, block other users, report content, and delete everything at any time. For any other request about your data, contact us at the address below.
SoldMyTickets is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
